  • Why should I subscribe?

    Tell me a person that WANTS to run out of toilet paper?!?!Enough said?

    Subscribing to your favourite impactful products helps you to save money and never run out of your favourite impactful products. Subscribing to any bundle or build your own box (minimum or two products) to save 10% on your essentials. You also have full control of your subscription so you can pause, edit or cancel (sad face) whenever to suit your needs.

  • What are your shipping fees?

    Our set bundles all include shipping! Woohoo!

    We also offer a flat rate shipping in Australia of $9.90 for standard shipping and $14.90 for express.

  • What frequency should I choose?

    Got too much? No issues!
    As a standard, our products and bundles are sent on a monthly basis however, pause or skip your subscription in your login.

    We send all bundle orders out twice a month - the first and third Friday of each month! We close the orders 3 days prior to the bundle being sent. If you order your items in this time, you can expect your order to be in the next delivery run.

  • Is there a minimum order value for subscriptions?

    There is no minimum cost however if picking your own bundle, there is a minimum quantity of two or more items to start collecting your 10% off discount.
    If you are wanting a one-off product, please purchase on our marketplace, Hello Good World. We have hundreds products that each create an impact.

  • Can I delay my first order?

    Eeek, not likley!
    Once your order is placed, we’ve started turning the cogs to make it happen and get your packages sent. To look at your options, please log in to your check and edit your future orders.

  • How do I pay for my subscription?

    Your payment will be processed when your next subscription is due - you don't have to prepay upcoming subscriptions, or pay for products you decide to skip. 

    Our subscriptions payment system accepts credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and Paypal. We do not offer payment with Buy Now, Pay Later solutions.

    Hello Good Subscriptions have been created to help you and your business get access to the essentials on a regular basis (and get some sneaky discounts).     3. Reinvesting 50% profits back into technologies to bridge the gaps between good business and consumers.

    In early 2023, we hit our first goal, providing 10,000 days education to the young women of the Dalit Community as a direct result of sales, network and industry connections. Keep an eye on our current impact.

How do I make changes to my subscription?

Step One : Log into your account

Step Two : Click Manage Subscription, here you will find your information such as 

  • Your next order date
  • Frequency
  • Items / Bundles on your Subscription
  • Cost

Step Three: What would you like to manage?

  • Skip Subscription

    Click “see more details”, then click ‘Skip Subscription’, you will notice the status of your next order date will change, adding one month onto your original date. 

  • Pause Subscription

    Click “see more details”, then click ‘Pause Subscription’ and follow the prompts, you will notice the status will change from ‘active’ to ‘paused’. If you have created a bespoke subscription, you may need to do this more than once in order to ensure all your items have been paused. 

  • Cancel Subscription

    To cancel your subscription, simply click “Cancel Subscription” and follow the prompts, you will notice the status will change from ‘active’ to ‘closed’. If you have created a bespoke subscription, you may need to do this more than once in order to ensure all your items have been cancelled.

  • Reactivate Your Subscription

    Click “see more details”, then click ‘Resume Subscription’ and follow the prompts, you will notice the status will change from ‘paused’ to ‘active’. If you have created a bespoke subscription, you may need to do this more than once in order to ensure all your items have been paused.

  • Add a New Product to Your Subscription

    Click “see more details”, then click ‘Add to Subscription’ and follow the prompts to add the products you would like to add.

  • Edit the items in your subscription

    If you want to edit the quantity of items, click ‘Edit’ then change the quantity and click ‘update’.

    To swap an item, click ‘Swap’ then search and click on the item you would like to swap, then click ‘confirm swap’.

  • Delete an item in your subscription

    If you want to delete an items, find the product you would like to remove, then click the Trash can item to the right hand side. Please note, this option is only available if there are more than two items in your subscription.

  • Change to a one-time Purchase

    Click “see more details”, then click ‘One Time Purchase’ and follow the prompts. You will notice this will increase the price of your products as you are no longer on subscription.

  • Change Delivery Address

    Click “see more details”, then Edit your delivery address under ‘Product Shipping Info’

  • Change Payment Information

    Click “see more details”, then Edit your payment information under ‘Payment Details’
